Iddya Vidyadayinee Higher Primary School

           Iddya Vidyadayinee Higher Primary School was started on 30th November 1916 in the premises of Iddya Shri Mahalingeshwara Temple. In 1991-92 the school celebrated Amrithotsava, the 75th anniversary when Amritha Rajatha, a souvenir was brought out. Late Shri H. Damodar Rao, the Headmaster (1920-1957) had played a crucial role in developing Vidyadayinee Higher Primary School. The devoted staff of this school is responsible for the good name that the institution has earned for itself in the district. Nearly Eight Hundred Students are studying in this School.
